*For parties of 8+ people the hire charge will be £100

Your grazing picnic is an additional charge based on number of people and chosen picnic. 

Let us know if you wish to book any of the following (at an additional charge)

• Extra hour of hire (£20 per hour up to dusk)
• Coastal Picnics Co host for the hire duration (£20 for 2 hours)
• Polaroid camera with film (£25)
• Additional soft drinks (£3 per person)
• Fresh flowers (from £30)
• Celebration cake/cup cakes (from £25)

• Depending on the occasion we can assist you in organising anything from beach yoga classes to flower crown workshops, a bubbleologist entertainer to coastal art classes. This is at an additional charge which you would pay directly to the instructor/entertainer. 

In the event of predicted/forecasted wet/thundering weather on your requested date, the following options apply:

• We will do our best to monitor the weather forecast and contact you prior to the event but it will ultimately be your responsibility to monitor and take actions accordingly
• Up to 72 hours prior to your picnic you can decide if you'd like to proceed with alternative arrangements at an indoor or covered location or to reschedule the event date.
• If you decide to reschedule you can do this within a 3 month period of the original date.

At the beach we currently cater for a maximum of 14 guests at each picnic. This ensures it remains a unique and intimate gathering. For private events we can provide grazing picnics for up to 30 guests. 

With the beautiful New Forest on our door step and lots of great parks and open spaces in the area, we are happy to pop up your picnic in your chosen area. Additional charges will apply depending on distance. Similarly, we are happy to cater in your garden or in your home - we can easily bring the coastal vibes to you. 

Of course, this is your picnic! We can theme or make your picnic suitable for your occassion (e.g. proposal picnics, afternoon tea style picnics, child friendly picnics). Please note, the picnic price per person can change depending on what you include in your bespoke picnic. 

Our picnics are prepared in a kitchen which also cooks with nuts and gluten so we cannot cater for all allergies/intolerances. Please feel free to contact us to discuss further.

Due to restrictions and licensing, we cannot sell or provide alcohol. It is your responsibility to check the alcohol laws of any venue or public space being used for your picnic.

Coastal Picnics Co. takes no responsibility for any alcohol consumption or penalties that occurred. We are not liable for the disregard of those rules.

• A £50 - £100 non refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking (depending on party size).
• 10 days prior to your picnic - Confirm exact number of people attending your picnic.
• 7 days prior to the picnic - 100% payment will be required.
